Bringing a “New Orleans approach” to the Smoky Mountains, Blaine’s Grill & Bar serves American fare that really sticks to your ribs. Located minutes away from our cabins in Gatlinburg, this popular restaurant has an expansive menu with something for everyone.

From The Ashes of Rebel Corner

Blaine’s is owned and operated by Gatlinburg native Kirby Smith. This bar and grill is located in an area of downtown immediately next to the Gatlinburg Space Needle that used to be known as Rebel Corner. Sadly, a fire in 1992 burned the entire block to the ground. Smith’s parents owned the destroyed city block, so Kirby left college to help his family rebuild the area. In 1998, Smith realized his dream of opening a restaurant on the site of the former Rebel Corner, and Blaine’s was born.

Excellent Menu

Blaine’s is known for its mouthwatering burgers and deluxe sandwiches. Guests who like their burgers with a kick will love the Mexico City Burger, smothered in chile con queso, jalapenos, pico de gallo, olives, green onions and shredded lettuce. Blaine’s also specializes in down home favorites, such as their award winning spare ribs, country fried steak and beer battered shrimp.

After enjoying the delicious food at Blaine’s you will be ready to retire to one of our cabins in Gatlinburg.
