This level features 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and deck access.

The living room offers comfortable leather furniture, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, an HDTV, and access to the back deck with mountain views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare your meals, and the dining area provides seating for 8 guests.
A laundry closet with washer and dryer is also available on this level for your convenience.

The bedroom on this level features a king bed, HDTV, a private full bath with a tub/shower combo, and direct access to the covered back deck.

A charcoal grill is located just off the front porch.
