As previously reported, Paula Deen will be opening a new restaurant in Pigeon Forge in late summer 2014. Now, it has been announced that the celebrity chef will be hosting a live, multi-city cooking tour, with Pigeon Forge as her first stop.

The “Paula Deen Live!” tour will include 20 shows across the South beginning in June. Deen’s Pigeon Forge event will be held at the new events facility, the LeConte Center, on June 21 and June 22.

As always, Deen’s cooking performances will include food, fun and laughter. The 90 minute live show will feature cooking demonstrations, audience games and personal stories.

Both of her live shows at the LeConte Center will begin at 7:00pm. Tickets are $42.50, $55.00 and $72.59.

Deen’s new restaurant in Pigeon Forge, Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, is set to open late this summer. The 20,000 square foot facility will join the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville and Timberwood Grill, all located at the Island in Pigeon Forge.
