The first shop in Pigeon Forge to serve bubble tea and bubble waffles has now opened! If you’re not familiar with the two, bubble tea is a drink that’s famous for having bobas, which are black pearls made from tapioca that sit at the bottom of the tea, and bubble waffles are waffles with puffs in them that are that are rolled into a cone and filled with ice cream and toppings. Split Rail Eats recently opened in the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community. There is something for everyone at this restaurant. They have one mission: to make good food for guests. Whether their diners are locals or visitors, they want to make everyone feel at home. The menu includes Rise and Shine Tater Bowls for breakfast, and juicy burgers and Yummy Tater Bowls for lunch and dinner. You can’t go wrong with any item you order off this menu. They even have freshly baked cookies and cupcakes available in their bakery to satisfy your sweet tooth!
