Recently, more dining options have opened for visitors to fall in love with. To help you decide what you should try, we’ve made a list of 4 of the best new restaurants in the Smoky Mountains that you have to visit!

1. Cookie Dough Monster

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you should definitely make your way to Cookie Dough Monster in Pigeon Forge! This restaurant not only has a variety of all your favorite edible cookie dough flavors, but it has tasty meals as well. It is a locally owned business, and all of their foods are made in-house daily. They have edible cookie dough, gourmet grilled cheese, sandwiches, chili, soup and more! But that’s not all — the restaurant is constantly adding new specials and items to their menu for visitors to try. A favorite is the Blue Monster Burger that actually has 1000 Island dressing that’s dyed blue!

2. Teaffle

The first shop in Pigeon Forge to serve bubble tea and bubble waffles has now opened! If you’re not familiar with the two, bubble tea is a drink that’s famous for having bobas, which are black pearls made from tapioca that sit at the bottom of the tea, and bubble waffles are waffles with puffs in them that are that are rolled into a cone and filled with ice cream and toppings. The restaurant also serves cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory and cotton candy! If you’ve never tried bubble tea or bubble waffles, then there is no better place to do it than Teaffle.

3. Five Oaks Farm Kitchen

For a restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and Southern cooking, try Five Oaks Farm Kitchen ! Five Oaks Farm Kitchen carries on the tradition of Dr. John and Blanche Ogle, who lived in the Smokies in the 1920s. Their hospitality was known throughout the county, and the restaurant offers the same amount of hospitality today. You can dine at this Smoky Mountain restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Enjoy a well-rounded meal to start your day, a fresh lunch, or a delicious supper.

4. Split Rail Eats

Split Rail Eats recently opened in the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community. There is something for everyone at this restaurant. They have one mission: to make good food for guests. Whether their diners are locals or visitors, they want to make everyone feel at home. The menu includes Rise and Shine Tater Bowls for breakfast, and juicy burgers and Yummy Tater Bowls for lunch and dinner. You can’t go wrong with any item you order off this menu. They even have freshly baked cookies and cupcakes available in their bakery to satisfy your sweet tooth!
