Lead by Chef Ray Bordelon, this indulgent service is the perfect addition to any romantic or special Smoky Mountain vacation.

Whether you are planning an intimate dinner for two, inviting the whole family, or hosting an event, Chef Ray and his team will prepare a savory meal just for you. Services include formal dinner parties, romantic dinners for two, buffet caters meals, barbecues, holiday meals and more. The best part is, Chef Ray and his team will come directly to you and your family inside your secluded Gatlinburg cabin. That way you and your loved ones can enjoy a restaurant quality meal

Chef Ray got his start cooking at an early age growing up in New Orleans. Using his inspiration from the bold Cajun flavors, Chef Ray went on to attend Walter State Community College culinary program, as well as the Culinary Business Academy to refine his skills. Today his hard work has paid off, and can be seen in the delicious meals he prepares each and every time for his customers. Chef Ray is also a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
